Our Lunchtime Football Leagues concluded this week. We had two leagues running concurrently with 2nd, 3rd and 4th class pupils taking part in our Junior League, and 5th and 6th class pupils taking part in the Senior League. It was wonderful to see so many pupils playing and how lucky are we to have the space to run 4 games at the same time. The leagues concluded on Wednesday with our finals taking place in front of the whole school. Congratulations to the two winning teams - Cork (Junior) and Laois (Senior). Many thanks in particular to our 6th class pupils for doing such a great job refereeing and coordinating fixtures. We look forward in great anticipation to our summer league when Rang 1 get to participate also.
